Assumption or Reality?

Let us share what Dato' Dr. Hj. Mohd. Fadzilah Kamsah has said.

"Some people come to office with the feeling of full joyful and gleeful, some come with the normal feeling and some come with the feeling seemed not right". Remember..anyone who come with only normal feeling, the result is ordinary only and anyone who come with happiness, the result will become more than usual or extraordinary. Work cheefully in order to produce the unusual productivity, which will pleasing peoples surrounding. Hope the result will able to blessed.

So, think deeply:

1. Some of us come to office only to fulfill the responsibility come to work, but, the result is like we do not come to work.

2. Sometimes we feel we are very busy, but, actually, we are only chaotic.

3. Sometimes we feel we concern, but, actually, we are busybody.

4. Sometimes we feel we are open-minded and outspoken, but, actually, we are less knowledge or teaching.

5. Sometimes we feel we think critically, but, actually, we are more to critic that creates a crisis.

6. Sometimes we feel we want to become friendlier, but, we are seen more overacting.

7. Sometimes we always like to ask "why she like not has a work?" But, actually, it is better we ask ourselves "any work that i can do?"

Close your eyes and cogitate yourself, if we need to do a budge paradigm, hence, let to do it immediately. However, human is human, hardly to change because we always deem that we are better. Is it with feeling that we are the best?

Therefore, let us begin to smile, cheer and amiable among us and increase cooperation in work, we are not lose for planting the feeling of family in task. If we are less work, find any work to help other officemates.

Not receive more pay does not matter, as long as the reward can be from the God. We will draw in the next world later. Nevertheless, if we often like to keep hatred among others, it is a fate because of determined that the hard way we choose.

From that, think inside, how many our friends and how many our opponents? That is a really good yardstick.

Also, he tries to describe his sentence with using a loaded question, which 'Is it feeling that we are the best?' as a sneaky way to make the readers believe about what has been asked as true. In fact, it might be not! It is because not all peoples feel that they are the best even though most of humans will feel that they are the best. Besides, based on his sentence of 'human is human, hardly to change because we always deem that we are better', he tries to prove it with using proof-substitute that most of us always think that we are better without recognizing our own wrong. However, actually, no proof is offered. We can change if we have an own motivation, which each wrong are treated give a valuable experience in our life. In addition, he only make his own assumption. Assumption come itself when we look at the reality now. Nevertheless, we cannot make assumption without premises or reasons that proved is certainly accurate. 

Is It Lynas Project Will Cause Loss to Malaysia?

The project of Lynas Corporation Limited was built for extracting the nadir earth in Gebeng, Pahang. The International Atom Energy Agency (IAEA) found that all aspects of the project obey the standard of international radiation security. They also affirm that two bodies of control supervise, Lembaga Pelesenan Tenaga Atom (AELB) and Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS) already authenticated the obedience of standard that determined.

Let we see what is the good effect and the bad effect.

The positive effect:

1. This factory will give the employment opportunity to hundred inhabitants in Kuantan with the high salary.

2. This factory will prepare the material source for the high technology battery factory, which opened in Malaysia (especially Pahang).

3. In 2012, from the aspect of economy strategic, perhaps Toyota Company will displace the installation of new model of Toyota Camry to Malaysia. ASSB, subsidiary of UMW that install Toyota in Malaysia already begin to invest approximately RM1 billion in Shah Alam for this program. Before this and now installed in Thailand, for the right hand drive market in ASEAN and Australia. This new model is in the development of Camry Hybrid that developed in Australia, but, at that time, it will be made in Thailand and exported back to Australia. For any Hybrid car, the most important is battery technology. If Malaysia can able to install Camry Hybrid, other car also can. We need to chase because our automotive policy lag far than Thailand.

4. This factory maybe will preparing the material source for the nuclear power plant, which if not meltdown, it is a hygienic and efficient sources.

The negative effect:

1. This factory is not become a big problem, but where will processing waste from this factory go? However, for ascertaining the project is not polluting environment, IAEA’s report also acknowledge so that Lynas bring up the plan of complete waste management for long term period and obey before operation.

Since beginning, the Government already acts responsibly and shows their commitment that they will not compromise with the issue of inhabitant’s healthiness and security with asking the international body such as IAEA and independent expert to make their assessment about the issue of Lynas.




*When you read the short summary above, you will see that i use the ad hominem circumstantial, which i try to defend that Lynas is a good project. I am not side to this project is more to politic, it is more to Malaysia's economy. Lynas project bring a positive investment to Malaysia. Malaysia will get the profit and benefit from this project. Actually, it is difficult to make the outside investors believe to invest here. In a general, DAP (the Opposition) do not want the project of Lynas is built here. It is because this project will disrupt the same business in China, which was monopolying it by their community since a long ago.

This engagement ceremony already touch lightly RM400,000++. This new engagement ceremony, not yet the wedding ceremony. Perhaps, we as Malaysia's citizen feel that figure rather effusiveness, but, the reality is the ceremony involving the Prime Minister's daughter.

For him, maybe the cost of engagement ceremony that take place on 17 June 2011 is a normal matter.

The question how much the engagement ceremony of Dato' Seri Najib Abdul Razak's daughter is not the important thing for us. That is his authority. With holding a status of Prime Minister, it is impossible for him to make this ceremony in moderate condition, right? Although the ceremony held closely, but, many officials country, personage and nearest leader attend. Meanwhile, meal at that ceremony is more to:

- menu like royal meal including Australia's roast meat

- seafood

- various dishes that out from our abilities and imagination

- decoration and others until the ceremony that successful held

- so, deduct and add altogether, finally, the cost bounce until RM400,000++

- but, the question is who pay?

Once again, if want to make the expensive ceremony, it is not a problem actually. As long as ceremony is made for personal interest with using own money and saving, not the citizen's money.

Above, a booking of banquet to Shangri La Hotel which charged accountable for preparing catering for the engagement ceremony of Prime Minister's daughter, Nooryana Najwa with Daniar Nazarbayev. And, the cost was billed to Prime Minister Office (PMO).

*Based on the sentence of 'The engagement ceremony of Prime Minister's daughter totalling RM409,767-Who pay?', i use loaded questions, which i treat this question as a sneaky way to make the readers believe about what has been asked as true. In fact, it might be not! Perhaps, he make the ceremony by his own money. We can argue but we do not have any strong evidence. The evidence such as the cost that billed to Prime Minister Office (PMO) above cannot be a 100% of evidence. In a reality, we know that each Prime Minister in the world will use the citizen's money a little bit even though not much. Besides, i use the ad hominem circumstantial when i explain the sentence of 'With holding a status of Prime Minister, it is impossible for him to make this ceremony in moderate condition, right? Although the ceremony held closely, but, many officials country, personage and nearest leader attend'. He must defends his interest that he has an authority to make the ceremony as the prestige one because he is a Prime Minister. It is impossible to him make the ceremony in the normal condition only. Furthermore, he needs to invite any important person to come to the ceremony. It is because he is a Prime Minister also. 

A Mother Able to Take Care of Ten Children But..

A mother able to take care of ten children but ten children not yet sure capable care a mother like this..

The picture above shows that a man treat her mother well. He is willing to carry his mother himself. He must be a kind-hearted person.

Nowadays, we rarely see occurrence like this. Mostly, children disregard their parent and do not care their parent's welfare when adult. Perhaps, they feel that their parent bothersome them. They should aware that if they do like that to their parent, they will be given back what they do to their parents by their children later when they adult and become a parent and have a children. Without a parent, they will not born. Also, without a parent, they do not will be growing nicely.


*You can see that i use sweeping generalization when i explain the sentence of 'a man treat her mother well. He is willing to carry his mother himself. He must be a kind-hearted person'. However, his action, which he treats his mother well and willing to carry his mother himself does not guarantee that he must be a kind person. It is because nobody is perfect. Each person have the negative attitudes beyond the positive attitudes. Perhaps also, he is coerced to carry his mother to hospital because his mother is sick. The picture above is like at the hospital. Besides, based on the sentence of 'They should aware that if they do like that to their parent, they will be given back what they do to their parents by their children later when they adult and become a parent and have a children', i use ad populum appeal to indirect consequences, which that action may be happen to a person back indirectly if they do not want to take care of their parent. Most of it will occur, which every bad behaviour will be reciprocated back to that person. The God is too fairly in judging each human's behaviour.

Is it interested, right? At first, we maybe think that all Sultans in Malaysia are rich peoples. They capable to buy anything based  on their interest. However, it can raise hesitation among us. We maybe wondering..so much money he has. Where is the money come from? Even though it shows vagueness, we cannot disgorge suspicion too conspicuous without premises or evidences. Perhaps the money come from his own business.

*Here, i use loaded questions, which based on the sentence of 'Where is the money come from?' as a sneaky way to make the readers believe about what has been asked as true. In fact, it might be not! Perhaps, he has an own business, which he is really afford to buy it. Furthermore, i do not have a proof. 

When enragement culminate..

This incident happens on last month. I remembered when I am not able to detain my anger during my supervisor (HR Executive) suddenly angry on me about why one of the employees in our company do not claimed his overtime works. I actually respect her, but on that day, I really do not guess that I can heighten my voice to her. Perhaps, I already dormant my problem so long during this. I am given a task to key in the overtime works for all employees in addition to process the salary for the direct and foreign’s category (local and foreign operators). Before this, I already make one copy his overtime form for she back pay his overtime works. She processes the salary for the exempt category (supervisor, officer and assistant officer also engineer and assistant engineer). When she suddenly admonishes while heighten her voice, I shocked. I thought she maybe forgot what I tell her before this. However, when she suddenly evokes the issue of paying back his overtime works that it is not be done, I feel very angry.

She asked me, ‘Why can you left his name?’

I answer back, ‘His overtime forms were made two times but different date. Just one form already suffices. If two forms, it can be make me confuse. Because of many tasks that need to complete within the definite time, I do not having much time to check back.

She reciprocates, ‘Actually, you cannot leave despite one name. If auditor comes here for auditing the overtime forms, what can we say?

She adds again, ‘Ms. Ong (HR Officer) ever told me that many overtime works for security guards need to claimed because of missed out.

When she says like that, I suddenly feel hot.

I answer back, ‘Which one is need to pay back? I know only two peoples only.

She silenced.

I add again, ‘Please understand a little bit. Try to envisage that there are many names in one form. One set of form has three pieces of papers. When key in into system, it needs some times. One day is not enough to complete hundred names. It is not included with engineer, technician and supervisor who going in out, which difficult to calculate.

I tell her again, ‘It is lucky when Yana (HR Clerk) has helping a little bit for operators when she is free. Despite that, it stills much. It is differ with the Exit Pass form, which done by Ms. Ong. It is not much like the overtime forms.

She silenced again.

Later, she asks me to cool down and sit down first. Nevertheless, I feel so relieved because able to disgorge my stress that I faced before this. Before this, the overtime forms have done by HR Clerk. When I requested to key in the overtime forms, I felt my work burden enhance. Furthermore, Ms Ooi (HR Executive) and Ms Ong are not adept to calculate the overtime works. I am not to proud myself. But, it is a reality. Actually, they should know than me because their positions are higher than me. Also, the position for HR Clerk is not added again because Penang branch is already closed. Not only that, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) also questions what for the position is added again. He worries that employees do not have a work to do. It is normal when the owner of a company is Chinese people.

*Based on the short stories above, she actually want me to check back after i already key in all overtime forms. I use tu quoque when she asked me to check back the overtime forms, but, i never see her and Ms. Ong help me to check back the overtime forms when i am busy. Also, she ever said that we need to help each others when one of us busy or do not having much time to complete some task. Actually, they have to learn how to calculate the overtime forms accurately. It is because their position are higher than me. They should know better than me.  I also use the ad hominem abusive, which what for i should listen to her advise? She never help me to check back the overtime forms because she does not know how to calculate it. All tasks that need to key in into system, she give to her subordinates. When the wrong occurs, she only know to angry. If i answered back, i will be treated that i match her. Besides, i use the ad populum appeal to force, which she is concern with her job because she was promoted from Training Officer to HR Executive even though she does not have any experience in payroll and a qualification in Human Resource Management. If i resign, i am sure that no one can work with her for a long time. If i abscond suddenly, no one can calculate the overtime works accurately because nobody adept to calculate it. Other than that, when she said 'Why can you left his name?', she try to throw out loaded questions so that others believe about what has been asked as true. In fact, it might be not! I am really inadvertently. At that time, i am really busy with another tasks.

Malaysia agree to stop importing oil from Iran

Our Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak has said that Malaysia will stop the importation of crude oil from Iran.

He also confirmed one foreign report that Malaysia oil company, Petronas will stop the importation of Iran crude oil starting this April, namely, two months before Amerika Syarikat's blockade enforce.

'It is only a small amount', said by him in short answer to the reporters on media conference after the meeting of Majlis Tertinggi UMNO at Kuala Lumpur today.

Based on the report today, Petronas now imports about 50,000 to 60,000 barrels of crude oil from Iran per day.

Nowadays, China, India, Jepun and Korea Selatan are the four largest purchaser of Iran crude oil in Asia.

Until now, Iran has sale most of the 2.6 million barrels per day which exported in this region.

Here, we can conclude that Malaysia has coerced to stop the importation of crude oil from Iran because its economy with Amerika Syarikat. Amerika Syarikat is a controller of world economy. If Malaysia do not want to stop the importation of crude oil from Iran, the blockade of economy from Amerika Syarikat will happens to Malaysia. As an example of the economy blockade is Malaysia will not be able to export its products to Amerika Syarikat and imports any products from Amerika Syarikat. Same also with Amerika Syarikat, which they will not export their products and import any products from Malaysia. One of the biggest company from Amerika Syarikat in Malaysia is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), which has the higher customer and many branches in East Malaysia and West Malaysia. Furthermore, the value of Ringgit Malaysia will drop because it guides to US Dollars.


*Amerika Syarikat use the ad populum appeal to force, which they know that Malaysia is really concern with its country. Malaysia need to take care its folk's welfare as well as economy. If Malaysia do not follow the Amerika Syarikat's want, it will accept the effect, which the economy blockade from Amerika Syarikat. Generally, from the economy, Malaysia generate its income. Without income, Malaysia will be undergo bankruptcy and recession.
